Gianduia is a homogeneous chocolate mixture with 30% hazelnut paste, invented in Turin during the reign of Napoleon (1796-1814).

Sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, refined coconut fats, instant coffee (9%), milk powder, cocoa, milk proteins, flavoring agent, stabilizer (E340), emulsifier (E471), anti-caking agent (E551).
